Brisbane Strategy Ventures (SV BNE) is a Venture Studio, located in Brisbane with personnel in Brisbane, Melbourne, Austin, and New York. We are a deep technology venture studio, which is now working on a second and third cohort of projects. As such our core role is in commercialisation, exclusively focused on validating and advancing technology in the fields of automation, robotics, and communications. Our team primarily works to advance spin outs and action spin ups for corporations and institutions. As a Corporate Venture Studio, we have built companies from idea to execution, including technical communications, robotics, and AI related software and hardware concepts. Each year, we work with a small cohort of spin outs and spin ups.

For corporations and institutions, we help build companies, that are fundamentally fundable, and under certain circumstances we take equity in companies. We also act as a micro venture capital firm from our own LLC, and as side car participant in transactions, with our own capital. Our team leverages a global long standing network of engineers, venture capitalists, strategic venture, and researchers to validate, translate, and capitalize technology that we deem as valuable at the onset, building mass saturation potential for the technology, through a well-planned Seed round. We are able to participate on our own account in both pre-seed and seed transactions.
